Notice is hereby provided that the Town of Irricana Council will hold a Special Meeting of Council to consider an amendment to Bylaw 002:2026, being the 2026 Tax Rate Bylaw.
The purpose of the amendment is to adjust the Provincial Education Requisition mill rates following additional administrative verification completed during final tax roll preparation. The amendment does not change the total amount of municipal taxation or the total Provincial Education Requisitions to be collected, but is intended to ensure the education requisition rates are properly aligned with applicable assessment and school support declaration requirements.
