BYLAW 005:2026 – LAND USE BYLAW AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given that Council of the Town of Irricana will hold a Public Hearing regarding Bylaw 005:2026, being an amendment to Land Use Bylaw 007:2023.
The proposed amendment would redesignate approximately 4.1 acres of Lot 1, Block 2, Plan 0210178 (173 1 Avenue) from Urban Reserve (U-R) District to Light Industrial (I-L) District. The balance of the property would remain designated Urban Reserve (U-R).

Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed amendment may provide a written submission or speak at the Public Hearing.
Written submissions must be received by the Town of Irricana no later than 12:00pm on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, and may be submitted:
