Monthly Utility Billing is now in effect with the first bill heading your way by Monday, September 30th, 2024. The September bill will be due by October 31st, 2024. View the original notice dated June 28th, 2024.
Signing up for email billing is fast and easy! Fill out our online form or contact the Town Office by phone at (403) 935-4672 or email irricana@irricana.com.
For those who have recently signed up for email billing, we recommend that you check your junk folders and search “Irricana” in your email box if you don’t see your September bill by October 31st.
NOTE: Payments made after September 25th may not be reflected on the September bill. Paper billing will continue to be provided for those not receiving email bills, however, a $5 fee will apply. With monthly billing, due dates will be adjusted to a monthly schedule, and this does not change how you pay your Utility Bills.
An information insert will be included with all emailed and mailed bills regarding this change. If you have any further questions, please reach out to the Town Office.
