👩‍🍳 Food & Mood Virtual Cooking Program

Try this FREE Food and Mood program offered by Closer to Home Community Services! This online program focuses on developing cooking skills, nutritional education, and how food makes us feel. Participants will receive recipes that will be cooked, and the challenges and positives of the experience will be discussed as a group. Optional Q&A sessions will also be offered!
