Let’s stretch, breathe, and play our way to calm and confidence! Kids Yoga is more than movement — it helps little ones build focus, balance, and body awareness while having fun. Through creative games, imaginative poses, and mindful moments, children learn tools to manage emotions and connect positively with others.

Ages: 4-10 years old
Space is limited. Registration is required.
