🧘 FREE Senior Yoga – Irricana

Join us for Seniors Week!
Come together with FCSS Irricana for a FREE yoga session and social event, designed to celebrate seniors in our community. Stephanie Young from YogaPure will guide us through a 45-minute practice that promises rejuvenation, relaxation and connection. Afterwards, join FCSS Facilitator Victoria Mikal for snacks and socializing, fostering connections and acknowledging the invaluable role our seniors play in our community.
Ages 55+. Spaces are limited to 15 participants for each event
